Rias A. Sherzad is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Salam Business Club. He has studied Software Technology at the University of Applied Sciences and worked as an IT-Consultant for several years before co-founding the Salam Business Club together with Farid Zazai.

Farid Zazai is the Director of the Salam Business Club's business strategy. Among other companies he has worked for HSBC Trinkhaus & Burkhardt, Capital Stage, Steigenberger and B�schl Group of Companies in the United Arab Emirates. He has co-founded the Salam Business Club, together with Rias A. Sherzad.

Khalil Aleker graduated with a B.Com (Information Systems) from University of Western Cape, South Africa in 2003. As a full-time project co-ordinator and with more than six years experience in Project Management, he finds the time to blog, and work on other Internet start-ups. With his passion for Entrepreneurship, Social Media and Community Projects Khalil is looking to transform the Salam Business Club into the most successful and effective online business network around.
