Rias A. Sherzad is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Salam Business Club. He has studied Software Technology at the University of Applied Sciences and worked as an IT-Consultant for several years before co-founding the Salam Business Club together with Farid Zazai.

Farid Zazai is the Director of the Salam Business Club's business strategy. Among other companies he has worked for HSBC Trinkhaus & Burkhardt, Capital Stage, Steigenberger and Büschl Group of Companies in the United Arab Emirates. He has co-founded the Salam Business Club, together with Rias A. Sherzad.
