Go to the homepage and enter your first name, last name and e-mail address and click on "Create New Account". You will receive an e-mail with an activation link that you need to click on and follow the instructions from thereon. There you need to enter the business e-mail address that you used to sign up on the Salam Business Club. Your username and a new password will be sent to that address. If your business profile has a low quality value, for instance 50% or less, then you can improve it by adding more information to your profile, such as the previous companies you have worked with, what you're looking for or what you're offering. Also fill out the fields that are related to your education as those are very relevant when connecting with potential employers. Most importantly upload your picture because that's the first thing people notice about you. Use a professional looking picture of you as that will build trust with potential business partners. Except for a few general fields, such as your name, company, picture and what you're looking for or offering, no personal data is shown. Other members can only see your address if you allow them to and also your e-mail address is hidden from everyone unless you let your contacts see it. Close

You can remove your name from the search entries by unchecking the appropriate setting in your account settings on the Salam Business Club. After a while the search engines will remove your profile from their search results. Please note that we don't have any influence on how long that takes them. This process might take several months in some cases. Your access to the Salam Business Club will of course not be cancelled. Close

When you're logged in to the Salam Business Club view that member's profile and click on "Send message". Close

Contacts are other members that are part of your personal business network and that show up in your contact list. You can view the data that they allow you to see and see their activity on the Dashboard, that's the page that comes up after logging in. Close

The groups enable you to communicate with other members on topics that are of interest to you. Please check our groups area to find groups that you want to join and take part in. Close

You can create your own group by clicking "Request creation of a new group" in the main group area. Then you need to name the group, pick the language(s) that will be spoken in that group and give it a description that other members will see when they find your group. Based on that description they will decide if they want to join your group. Please note that as of now we only approve groups that discuss a general topic and are not related to a specific individual or company. Also make sure you give the group a good name and a detailed description as otherwise we might not approve your group creation request. Close

Other members will see your business profile more often if you complete it. Most importantly you need to upload a professional looking picture of you. Also make sure you fill out all fields in your business profile with information on you and your business as that's what attracts more viewers and motivates them to contact you. Try to get a profile quality value of at least 80%. Close

If you want to unsubscribe from the weekly newsletter please click on the menu item "My Account / Settings" and untick the box that says "Send me the weekly update on my business profile".
